Automobile Discounts

Driver Discounts Applicable Coverage(s)
"All Star" Driver Discount Applies to the following Coverages:
This Discount is provided on an individual vehicle basis if all operators assigned to that vehicle have been licensed for three or more years and their combined driving records total zero points within the preceding thirty-six months.

"Preferred" Driver Discount Applies to the following Coverages:
This discount is provided on an individual vehicle basis if the rated driver of that vehicle has been licensed for three or more years and has a total of no more than one point on their driving record within the preceding thirty-six months.

"50 Plus" Driver Discount All Coverages
This discount is provided on an individual vehicle basis if the rated driver of the vehicle is age 50 or more.  
Driver Training Discount Applies to the following Coverages:
This discount is provided on an individual vehicle basis, if the rated driver of the vehicle is less than 19 years of age and provides proof they have completed a Driver Training Course approved by the Oregon Department of Transport.

Mature Driver Discount Applies to the following Coverages:
This discount is applied on an individual vehicle basis if the rated driver of that vehicle, aged 55 or more, provides proof they have completed an accident prevention course approved by the Oregon Department of Transport, have not been assessed any points on their driving record since course completion and completed the course within the preceding thirty-six months or, if age 70 or older, twenty-four months.

Vehicle Recovery System Discount Applies to Comprehensive
This discount is provided on an individual vehicle basis if that vehicle is equipped with a vehicle recovery system, such as Lojack, On-Star, On-Guard or Teletrac.  
 
Multi-Vehicle Discount All Coverages
This discount is provided when you insure more than one motor vehicle (excluding motor homes) on a specific Wawanesa policy.

Loyalty Discount All Coverages
In appreciation of your continued support, Wawanesa provides a discount on each policy renewal. This discount increases in value over the first six renewal terms reaching a maximum of 10%.
