PAYMENT IN FULL
Pays your policy for a full 12 month term. There is no service charge.
3 PAYMENT PLAN "40/30/30"
1st payment - 40% of total annual policy premium plus a service charge*
... due prior to the effective date of the policy.
2nd payment - 30% of total annual policy premium plus a service charge*
... due 3 months from policy effective date.
3rd payment - 30% of total annual policy premium plus a service charge*
... due 6 months from policy effective date.
9 PAYMENT PLAN "20/10"
(available only when that annual policy premium is $300.00 or more)1st payment - 20% of total annual policy premium plus a service charge*
... due prior to effective date of the policy.
2nd through 9th payment - 10% of total annual premium plus a service charge*
... due 1st through 8th month after policy effective date.
* If you have a Homeowners/Condominium (HP) policy, the service charge is $3.00.
If you have an Automobile (FA) policy, the service charge is $4.00.
** Effective June 1, 2008 a $15.00 fee will be assessed for payments returned due to insufficient funds.
