If your vehicle is disabled, courteous and prompt service is available by calling our toll free number 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. You can rest assured that help is on the way. Once again, Wawanesa provides an outstanding value for your insurance dollar.

Effective January 1, 2012, policies with Towing and Labor will be automatically replaced with Roadside Assistance upon renewal. If you would like to add Roadside Assistance or replace Towing and Labor with Roadside Assistance prior to your renewal, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-640-2920.

Now you can review your policy billing and payment history online. Additionally, now you can pay your policy premium online directly from your bank account. It's a convenient and simple way to manage your policy!

Can't remember how much your next payment is or when it's due?
Can't remember how much you've paid or what your future payments are?

To access your policy billing information you only need your policy number and last name. This will allow you to view your policy billing information and payment history.

To view your billing information or payment history click Billing Inquiry within the Billing Inquiry and Payments tab.

Do you want a quick and easy way to pay your Wawanesa bill online at a time convenient to you?

To pay online, directly from your bank account, credit card or debit card, you will need your policy number, name, the address on your policy, and your banking or card information. Further information can be found in FAQ - Billing and Payments. To go directly to the online payment screens simply click Pay Your Bill Online in the Billing Inquiry and Payments tab.
